Requirements

• Must have 18 months of RN experience
• BSN required
• EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage program operations, ensuring adherence to policies and standards
• Coordinate with staff and other departments to optimize service delivery
• Provide resources and support for staff development and training
• Monitor program performance and implement improvement strategies
• Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process
