You will join a team of technical recruiters who work with our technologists to source and hire top notch talent across the organization. Beyond sourcing and hiring, we partner with managers and interviewers throughout the entire recruiting process. You work directly with managers to identify and screen qualified candidates along with making recommendations for process improvements. Your efforts will impact our software development hiring strategy, technology branding initiatives, and local event sponsorship along with building candidate relationships and pipelines. Additionally, we are always looking for new tools and ideas to find and attract the best talent.
