Responsibilities: 



  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' functional abilities, sensory processing, and fine motor skills. 

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs and help them achieve their educational goals in accordance with their IEP. 

  • Collaborate with other members of the student's education team to provide comprehensive care. 

  • Installing the necessary equipment in the classroom for students with disabilities and teaching them how to use the equipment. 



  • Observe & assess students’ progress and prepare detailed reports. 


  


Minimum Requirements: 



  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university. 

  • Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist License. 



  • Proof of professional liability insurance. 

  • Experience in a PreK-12 school setting. 

  • Possible Covid-19 testing and/or vaccination required by school. 

  • Valid Driver’s License, proof of registration and insurance. 

  • Must have current (or be able to clear) state and federal background checks and relevant clearances.
