Key Responsibilities
● Provide outpatient care for patients of all ages
● Collaborate with a team of physicians and NP
● Utilize EPIC EMR for patient records
Requirements
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- PA license (or willing to obtain)
- Clean malpractice
- DEA (or able to obtain)
- Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics
