HFHP is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Donor Relations Manager to join our growing Resource Development team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Annual Giving, this role is responsible for managing donor relationships with new and base-level donors, growing monthly giving, and supporting the infrastructure that sustains our fundraising efforts, including gift entry, data integrity, reporting, and donor communications.
This is a cross-functional role that blends relationship-building with technical execution. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker with a passion for donor stewardship, strong administrative skills, and a desire to help expand HFHP’s impact through thoughtful engagement and accurate data practices.

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Understanding of Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia’s vision and desire to advance our mission of affordable housing for all
Minimum of 3-5 years of office work experience in a related professional setting, preferably in fundraising and a nonprofit environment
High-level computer literacy, internet, and portfolio management; experience with donor databases, ideally Salesforce, is preferred.
Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and communication skills
Flexibility, ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Highly reliable, extremely organized, and detail-oriented
Discretion with confidential information
Physical Requirements to Perform Duties:
Ability to be stationary for long periods at a computer
Travel to and from meetings and appointments in locations and times when public transit might not be available.
