Qualifications:
- Must maintain current CNA license without restrictions.
- Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of individuals with disabilities and mental retardation.
- Ability to carry out directions listed in the client care plan.
- Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
- Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Prior home health experience preferred
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Responsibilities:
- Understands and adheres to established ACSA, Inc. policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate well with assigned client's.
- Reports changes in the client's condition and needs to the appropriate supervisor
- Providing physical support for clients with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, - using the restroom, walking, standing, or exercising.
- Assists with other Activities of Daily Living (ADL) by serving meals and feeding patients as needed, and helping patients ambulate; turning, positioning, and transferring patients.
- Perform light housekeeping, including vacuuming, laundry, and linen changes
- Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices.
Shifts: Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, and Overnights
