Senior Project Manager

We're looking for a team-oriented Learning Delivery/Senior Project Manager to work within our world-class team. The Learning Delivery Manager manages the delivery of learning and capability programs for our clients.

With fantastic project management skills, you'll ensure that quality programs are delivered to schedule and on budget, while maintaining positive internal and client relationships.

Reporting to a Learning Delivery Director, you will be responsible for a variety of clients, working with the Inizio Engage XD Client Engagement team to spot and realize opportunities for growth.

Your core program delivery role will see you partnering with a variety of team members across Nazaré and Inizio – from learning capability writers, life science writers, trainers, consultants, digital designers and more!

You will be the daily contact for clients, providing exceptional service, thinking one step ahead, ensuring portfolios of programs meet client goals and set the Nazaré team up for success.

We support hybrid work, however we are looking for candidates in and around the Philadelphia area.

What will you do ...

Lead on project organization and management, always following company standards and processes across a portfolio of programs. Leading internal and external meetings at a project and above-project level (e.g., planning and strategy for Nazaré, program kick-offs, project status, project debriefs).

• Project Management: Manage projects, ensuring adherence to company standards and processes.
• Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track billing, and handle invoices.
• Client Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Communication: -Communicate (with a focus on project tracking, updates and next steps) with your client and internal team, to ensure full transparency and clarity of project status with all.
• Leadership and Teamwork: Provide line management to junior Learning Deliver team members, supporting their growth and development in the role, co-defining development objectives and progression plans in line with company policies and procedures
• Critical Thinking and Risk Management: Find and address project risks, ensure successful project delivery.
• Mindset and Adaptability:-Demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented attitude and adapt to changing project needs.
• Industry Knowledge: Understand client therapeutic areas, project delivery processes, and industry regulations.

What you'll need to have ...

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project management within a life sciences or pharmaceutical training agency
• Experience managing projects and organizing teams
• Experience in Line management
• Demonstrate client management skills, listening and questioning and managing challenging situations
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of tracking and monitoring project milestones and costs to ensure profitability, highlighting budget challenges
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and planning, organization and leadership of self and others
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Travel maybe required
