Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Nights

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Registered Nurse Supervisor in our beautiful facility located in Doylestown, PA. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan, while providing exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan

• Regularly round on nursing units to ensure high-quality care

• Monitor and assure that incidents, accidents, and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly

• Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse, as necessary

• Prepare and administer performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers

• Provide correction and re-education to shift staff as needed

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Skilled Nursing or LTC experience

• Previous Supervisor experience

• Ability to work 11p-7a FT with EOW requirement
