Summary
The Reevaluation Case Manager coordinates assigned special education reevaluation cases and supports the Lead School Psychologist and IEP teams in completing Reevaluation Reports (RRs). The position is responsible for monitoring reevaluation timelines, gathering and organizing student information, collaborating with members of the IEP team, communicating with parents/guardians as needed, synthesizing information, and preparing Reevaluation Reports. The position works collaboratively with school staff and members of the IEP team to ensure reevaluation activities and documentation are completed accurately and within required timelines.
