PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILiTIES:

  • Owns and manages mid-complexity multichannel project deliverables from concept to deployment with guidance
  • Participates in internal status meetings to provide updates or changes to project plans
  • Ensures accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of routing, quality control, project preparation and execution of deliverables
  • Manages external partners as necessary
  • Partners with senior leads on scope of work (SOW) development
  • Review financial output reports, incoming briefs, and timelines/estimates
  • Collaborates with Client Experience on budget shifts and resource implications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising agency
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic Financial acumen 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and knowledge of Project Management tools preferred 
  • Ability to travel for clients/work as needed
