Detail-oriented, organized, personable individual needed to manage NIH-funded studies focused on substance use.
The Project Manager will provide support to Dr. Stephen Lankenau in the Community Health & Prevention Department. As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of two separate NIH-funded studies: one focused on controlled use of cannabis among young adults; and second centered on opioid overdose prevention. Primary day-to-day responsibilities will involve: managing recruitment and interviewing of study participants in community settings; contributing to study and instrument design, managing relevant project contracts, and maintaining Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols.

This position is classified as Exempt, grade K. Compensation for this grade ranges from $ 54,630.00 to $81,940.00 per year . Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
