The pharmacist is responsible for assuring timely, accurate and safe provision of medication, drug information, and therapeutic drug monitoring. They also manage the drug distribution system via oversight of the work of pharmacy technicians and interns. Pharmacists support the mission of the department and the organization via the provision of pharmaceutical care and pharmacy services to hospital inpatients and outpatients in the ambulatory infusion room and clinics.

Education
Bachelors Degree \: Pharmacy (Required)
Doctorate Degree \: Pharmacy (Preferred)
Other\: Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency (Preferred)

Experience
2 Years experience working in a university or teaching hospital (Preferred)

License/Certifications
RPH-LIC - PA Pharmacist License (Required)
BLS - Basic Life Support (Preferred)
