Our Client is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Order Fulfillment Manager to oversee all aspects of orders for our Managed Service Clients and join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

  • Oversee all managed service client order processing, ensuring every customer order is hitting deadlines from receipt to delivery.
  • Coordinate with our warehouse, Tech Zone and shipping teams to ensure seamless operations and timing throughout the process.

Process Improvement:

  • Navigate customer CRMs to streamline the order process from manual order entry to standardization and systems automation.
  • Work with our development team to determine how to get order information from clients in a standardized format that we can upload or integrate directly with our order management system.
  • Collaborate with your teammates to brainstorm and implement process improvements that keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Stay curious and proactive, always looking for ways to make things better.

Customer Communication:

  • Be the friendly face (or voice) our customers trust, providing updates and resolving issues with charm and efficiency.
  • Keep customers in the loop with prompt, clear, and friendly communication.

Inventory Management:

  • Keep our inventory in tip-top shape, making sure we have what we need for our customers when we need it.
  • Conduct regular audits, ensuring accuracy and order.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Work closely with customers, purchasing and sales teams to ensure timely and flawless deliveries.
  • Track shipments and tackle any hiccups along the way.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Dive into data to spot trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present your findings in engaging and insightful reports that drive our success.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in order management and inventory software, as well as Google Apps (Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to be physically in our King of Prussia, PA facility 5 days a week - Monday - Friday - 8AM - 5PM.
