Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and implementing daily mechanical maintenance activities, including preventative, predictive and shop rebuild work through the work order process.
Manages the development of best practice and SOP documentation for mechanical maintenance work.
Supports the implementation of capital projects.
Involved in planning and leading Mill Outages.
Experience working with outside vendors and OEMs to procure required materials for scheduled work.
Support inventory management activities.
Must possess strong communication skills.
Ensures work is performed safely, correctly and on time.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of Lead or Supervisory experience.
Demonstrated Leadership Experience.
Proactive problem solver.
Proficient in the use of SAP software and Microsoft Office.
Previous Paper Mill exp. a plus.
Education
Technical degree and minimum of 5 years exp. Equivalent years of related maintenance exp. may be considered in lieu of technical degree.
