Caring Heart Rehab and Nursing in Philadelphia, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team.

All shifts available:

• 7:00am-3:00pm Full Time and Part Time

• 3:00pm–11:00pm Part Time

• 7:00a-7:00p Part Time

• 11:00pm-7:00am Part Time

Responsibilities:

·         Provide nursing care to long-term care residents

·         Administer medications and treatments as ordered

·         Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams

·         Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

Requirements:

·         Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

·         Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

·         New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided

Pay & Benefits:

·         Hourly Position $30-$41 depending on experience, shift, and benefits selection
