Insulation & Weatherization Field Supervisor / Quality Control Manager
We are currently seeking to add an Insulation & Weatherization Field Supervisor / Quality Control Manager to our dynamic team. We are a leading insulation and weatherization contracting company dedicated to improving energy efficiency and comfort in residential and commercial buildings. The Field Supervisor and Quality Control Manager will oversee the daily operations on site, ensuring that all insulation and weatherization projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role combines expertise in field operations with stringent quality control measures to maintain and enhance service excellence.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily on-site activities, ensuring work is progressing according to schedule.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions.
Develop and implement quality control processes and standards for all insulation and weatherization projects.
Perform thorough inspections of completed work to ensure it meets company and regulatory standards.
Document and report any deviations from quality standards, and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
Maintain records of inspections, site activities, and quality control measures.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent education required; college-level education preferred.
Minimum of 3 experience, preferably in a supervisor role.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical contracting
Working knowledge of Oracle, NetSuite and ERP CRM strongly preferred
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet project deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:
Full Time
$65,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience.
Paid holidays and vacation time.
