Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Med-Tech Responsibilities

Location: Simpson Assisted Living or Personal Care Communities

What You'll Do:



  • Provide exceptional care and assistance to our residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management.

  • Administer medications accurately and safely under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

  • Document resident care and medication administration according to facility policies and procedures.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and personalized service.

  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized environment to promote resident safety and well-being.


Qualifications


  • Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pennsylvania.

  • Completion of a state-approved training program for Nursing Assistants.

  • Knowledge of medication administration procedures and protocols.

  • Compassionate and empathetic nature with a strong desire to help others.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Med-Tech Training and Certification will be provided free of charge within 90 days of hire
