In the future, this position will be located at our new Women and Families Hospital (1331 E. Wyoming Ave
Philadelphia, PA 19124). Our Women & Families Hospital will be the Philadelphia area’s only hospital exclusively dedicated to women’s and families’ health. This means developing an equitable model for ensuring healthy parents, babies, and pregnancy outcomes. At our new campus, we are already providing pre- and post-natal care and offering services to women and those of all gender identities in all stages of life.
The Director, Nursing Services assumes 24-hour responsibility for the provision
of nursing care in their assigned area(s) and is responsible for the overall quality
of care provided in the respective department. The Director, Nursing Services
has oversight of all operations in the department(s) and collaborates with other
leaders to provide highly reliable care to the patients at Temple University
Hospital-Main Campus
Education
• Bachelors Degree \: Nursing (Required)
• Masters Degree \: Nursing or Healthcare related field (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
• BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
• RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
Experience
• 3 Years experience as an RN in a Women and Infants specialty (i.e Labor & Delivery, Maternity)
• 2 years experience in a clinical leadership role (Preferred)
