This role focuses on generating leads and securing appointments to support the company's sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided lists.
  • Engage in informative discussions with potential customers to understand their cybersecurity challenges.
  • Present the value of cybersecurity solutions, educating prospects on available options.
  • Qualify leads according to specific criteria and arrange meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and scheduled appointments in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in lead generation, appointment setting, inside sales, business development, B2B sales, or related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport with prospects over the phone.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
